The estate currently consists of two houses, although only one of them has been prepared for occupancy. This house is equipped with everything necessary to accommodate six people - in three double beds. The house features three bedrooms, one indoor bathroom, an outdoor bathroom in the backyard, a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a porch with a seating area, and a backyard with a pool and barbecue area. The house is designed to be accessible for people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users.
